Military?

My Commute 8927I took this photo because the guy leaning out of the window caught my eye. After seeing him I began to think that this is likely a military vehicle, which would explain the blah color, although I have no idea why a military vehicle would be in this area, unless, of course he just stopped for outrageously priced gas while traveling between bases.
