It is so sad to see, each time I drive by. At least in this photo, I’ve noticed that the colt does have some toys. I posted a
photo of them earlier this year also.

I agree that it is sad. The corrals are definitely TOO small. This type of fencing material is NOT made for horses and can be quite dangerous. Even though I feel their treatment is far from ideal, I have seen MUCH worse and at least it appears they are well fed.
